Meet Our Leadership

Ray Nutt
CEO

Ray Nutt is Chief Executive Officer of Fathom Events, the leading domestic distributor of event cinema, and one of the largest overall distributors of content to movie theatres. He brings more than three decades of experience in the entertainment business at Regal Entertainment Group and United Artists Entertainment to his role as CEO of Fathom Events.

Lynne Schmidt
VP of Operations

Lynne Schmidt began working with Fathom Events under National CineMedia in 2006. Since then, she has held various positions on both the Programming and Operations teams. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees Logistical and Network Operations, Event Mastering, Systems, Business Relations and Customer Service.

Tom Lucas
VP of Studio Relations

As Vice President of Studio Relations, Tom Lucas serves as the lead contact for all studio events. Since joining Fathom in March 2015, Lucas has worked with major studios such as Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment and others, to schedule some of the most iconic features of all time for Fathom Events.

Nancy Silverstone
VP of Programming

Nancy M. Silverstone is an accomplished media executive with deep experience in entertainment acquisitions and distribution. In her role as Vice President of Programming at Fathom, Silverstone will be responsible for developing and establishing distribution strategies and acquiring content. Most recently, she was the principal at the consulting firm she launched, Millstone Partners, LLC, where she consulted on several television and film content acquisitions and distribution projects for a variety of media within worldwide distribution, OTT and independent film production.

Daren Miller
VP of Business Affairs & Strategy

Daren Miller is a 35-year veteran of the media, pay TV, film and telecommunications industries. Miller has been with Fathom Events since 2014, where he has been a significant contributor to the company’s content growth strategy, negotiated content licensing and managed Fathom’s domestic and international content deals. In his current role as Vice President of Business Affairs & Strategy, Miller also focuses on partnering with the leadership team to establish corporate and organizational strategies domestically and abroad.

Thomas Bracken
VP of Marketing

Tom Bracken brings more than 25 years of entertainment and technology marketing expertise to his role as Vice President of Marketing at Fathom Events. He is responsible for leading the strategy of Fathom’s advertising, event marketing, digital marketing, branding, sponsorships and PR practices.

 

Prior to joining Fathom, Bracken led marketing for Evolution Digital, an IP video distribution company serving the Tier 2 cable industry. He also operated his own consulting company and provided business development support for Comcast Technology Solutions and transformed the marketing department for Rise Broadband, a wireless internet company based in Denver.

Renet Snow
VP of Accounting & Finance

Renet Snow brings more than 25 years of accounting and finance expertise to her role as Vice President of Accounting & Finance. She is responsible for all of Fathom Events’ accounting and finance functions and has a leadership role in the company’s financial decision-making and strategic planning.
