In 2012 Turner Classic Movies (TCM) and Fathom Events began a partnership to return beloved classic films back where they belong: on the silver screen. The strategic relationship evolved into the TCM Big Screen Classics series in 2015. Each year a dozen fan favorites are presented to audiences across the country. From Breakfast at Tiffany’s to Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, each event offers audiences a unique experience.
Audiences all over embrace the TCM Big Screen Classics series. With so many titles to choose from, all presented in their original aspect ratios, moviegoers young and old flock to the cinema for a chance to catch their favorites on the big screen. In the famous TCM style, hosts Robert Osborne or Ben Mankiewicz provide specially-produced intros and outros during each screening examining the lasting effect of each classic film.
This partnership with TCM, the preeminent leader in the curation and presentation of classic film, totals over $17 million in series-long media value. The screenings are also press favorites - generating more than 1,500 press hits in media outlets across the country.
